A co-worker was talking about Muffin-top the other day... This is not the food, but the squishy fluffy part that sits out of your jeans.
Ya no, the roll.. I guess it has a name now (who new?). Called Muffin Top.
Well, I had to laugh. If that little skinny winny in my office has a muffin top to worry about, then I must have a whole cake top!!
So I read the other day that you have deduct 500 calories from your diet a day to loose a pound a week. Now I don't count calories, but I'm pretty sure dropping frozen chocolate coffee drinks would have done the trick. And it didn't.. So I started drinking them again! Ok only once or twice a week, but since everything on my body happens backwards, maybe I'll still loose that pound! "NOT!"
So my new thing is to not eat after 8:00pm. We'll see if that helps! Which is hard when some days dinner isn't even done till then. But I shall try!
All I know is that I refuse to buy bigger jeans..muffin top, cake top, or not!
