So...I've been weighing myself and dropping a pound a week since taking the raw food route, eating breakfast, and exercising consistently..
Hubby gets on the scale this morning and dropped 5 pounds in ONE week!
He said "Man, we keep eating like this and I'll loose this whole belly"
We, WE, WE??? Where does he get WE as he downed a carton of Ben and Jerry's...
And HE loses 5 pounds in one week, with only ONE day of exercise in like a month...
Hmmmm? Something is off kilter here!
Then it dawned on me, No pasta, No rice dishes, none of my baked goods, all rinsed and washed and cut fresh fruit available for snacking. No cereal because of the breakfast cookie..
Hmm? I guess it is "WE" by default, he doesn't have a choice unless he decides to start shopping...and cooking...and baking...
Ha, yeah, that aint gonna happen!
So I must say Good for Hubby (even if not by choice)
And good for pocket book as shopping has gotten a whole lot cheaper. Amazing how if the people in the family that control the food intake of others make a change, it rolls down hill by default.
Anything you can change?? Give it a try...Aw, Come on! Just one thing...
