Farmers Market Apples and Organic Carrots:
Organic Raw Nuts mixed with some Gogi Berries and Wheat Squares (this will last me a few days)
Farmers Market Green Beans and Cucumbers, mixed with my Apple Cider Vinegar dressing.
My Breakfast Cookie.... Guess What? Hubby and Veg both had theirs today, and Hubby said "Man, I can eat this EVERY day"..... Woohooo! Success, one little smidgin at a time....
This from the person that will eat 5 bags of yuck oatmeal in one setting, or let a box of cereal only last two days....
He was totally HAPPY with his breakfast cookie... make more! he said! AND I WILL...
Now I wonder what else I can sneak in to this thing :-)
This batch has, Oats, cocoa powder, Cinnamon, gogi berries, chopped walnuts, peanut butter, banana, and soy milk.
And for Veg's Lunchbox:
Cucumbers, Carrots, Green beans, blueberries, strawberry, walnut, pecan and gogi berries (no peanuts though, can't have those at camp)
A small Potato and some Snackimals.
Hmmmm.... think I'm hungry again.... good thing I brought so much food!
