A few days ago I posted about my attempt at a mostly Raw Pie... .. But after being in the fridge over night, it didn't get solid enough.. turned in to a soupy pudding pie.
Several of you suggested putting it in the freezer... I was worried it would get too icy and not so much creamy...Didn't want a Slushy Pie...
But then I did it... Introduced Pie to Freezer... And the Pie Was happy!
As were our bellies!!! Oh My Yum!!! Give it a try.. I don't have exact measurements, but all ingredients are listed in the original post.
For all those Raw Foodies that know more then me, what are your Raw Pie tricks?
