My sweet old pup has developed a leaky pipe. Basically, when he sleeps he pees. And doesn't even know he is doing it. This is a really large problem considering he sleeps in MY bed. And an even bigger problem that he sleeps ALL THE TIME!
After checking him out at the Vet for an infection, we discovered it is just incontinence no infection... But this doesn't help fix the problem.
I could use "diapers" but they are not so eco friendly, very wasteful and depending on how long my dog is with us, could get highly cost prohibitive. So I went on a search for something more eco-friendly that was easy to use, easy to clean, comfortable and something that he couldn't pull off.
That is when I found these male dog bands:
It's PERFECT! The band wraps around his doggy bits, and velcros on the top. When he is going outside, we just unvelcro. Then it is easy to put back on. I can put a pad in it to add absorbency, or leave as is. And it washes perfectly in the machine.
So far so good!
