It is 1am and I'm still awake. Same thing happened last night.
There is definitely a connection between what time I eat dinner, and when I can fall asleep... If I eat too late, am not tired at 10, its a problem. But if I miss the 11:00 mark, then I'm up all night long! Which means coffee in the morning, and the cycle begins.
Tomorrow I shall break the cycle before it gets too out of control. Or should I say today I will break the cycle.
Or so I'm telling myself that right now while I'm wide awake and typing this....
