Vegkid wanted pizza tortillas but I didn't have any tortillas. While looking through the fridge I found mushrooms from Saturday's dinner.

This was so fast and easy. Would make a great appetizer or full meal and totally customizable.
Vegkid's variety had:
- Pizza Sauce
- Pineapples chunks
- Garlic Salt
- Nutritional Yeast
I also put a tiny brush of olive oil on the bottom so they didn't stick to the pan. Baked them at 400 for about 6 minutes.
He ate them all up and asked for more. What a great fast option to add to our menu.
