A friend recently watched our dogs and the idea for this card came to mind... It's using a Masking technique I learned from an old stamping book where you make things appear in front of the item in the back ground.. Took me a bit to remember how to do this and to get it the way I wanted.
But here is the finished product!! Simple but to the point....
As for the Masking.. Basically, I stamped the dog where I wanted him on the card. Then stamped him again on a thin piece of paper. (supposed to be a post it-some what sticky on the back) I cut out my dog from the thin paper and place him over the dog that was stamped on the card. Then when I stamped the letters, they don't cover the good dog, they only stamp the "mask" paper version.
Remove the mask, and finish the card... Voila...
