Asian or Italian???
Not only did I try the Soy Vay Sauce but I also decided to make a huge pot of rice, and realized that many of the veggies I had to cut for the stir fry could also work in my favorite Rice Lasagna....
So I cooked 4 cups of rice. 1 & 1/2 cups went in to 4 servings of the stir fry and the rest went in to a very tasty Rice Baked Lasagna. I cut the peppers and onions and shared them between the two pans. I split a container of tofu, 1/2 went to my fake ricotta cheese and the other 1/2 went in to the stir fry.. When every thing was prepared, the Soy Vay sauce went on the stir fry and Organic Prego Tomato & Basil sauce got mixed in to the rice lasagna.
The Asian dish made enough for Hubby and Veg to eat tonight and 2 servings in the fridge for another day. The Lasagna dish was my meal of choice tonight and I still have about 4 servings left for the week.
If your counting, that means I don't have to cook for two more days! Is that cool or what?? Gotta love multi-tasking..
