Alright the Pancakes were a NO-GO because I didn't have bananas. HAVE to have bananas to make my pancakes... But I couldn't let the family down and not make breakfast...
Sooo, I ended up with this concoction.... Vegan French Toast, then cut in a tree shape with strawberries, and chips for decorations....
Results - One HAPPY Little Veg... I got a big thumbs up for this one, so I'd say the recipe is a keeper.
I used all natural Flax bread slices... In a bowl I combined Silk Pumpkin Spice Soymilk, some turbinado sugar, lots of Cinnamon, and a little Vanilla.
Dunked the bread slices in the bowl and then put them in a nonstick skillet... Flipped and flopped them until brown on each side. Then put on plates for decorating.
Hubby even liked these and said it was probably one of the best Veggie Breakfasts I've made..... So this is getting 5 Veg Yummy Stars... Delicious!
Oh and by the way... I didn't get a single picture of Veg opening his presents, but I did get a shot of that french toast tree! ha ha ha
