Cindy over at Sparkle A Day has bestowed on me an award.. Its not the kind I get to keep though.. I'm supposed to pass it on to other Bloggers... While I'm very honored, I must now tell you all 10 things you don't other wise know about me..... BUT - just yesterday I posted about my Monthly visits, really how much more personal can I get....???
So here's the deal.. I can't pass it on to other bloggers because Miss Cindy already chose them all... Her list of favorites are mostly on my list of favorites. And those that I love that are not on that list of favorites would be very annoyed if I made them play this little game... (you know who you are)...
However, I shall play along with the 10 things list... Its the least I can do for such an honored and generous nomination... Thank you Cindy for thinking of me.. For everyone else that reads this blog... feel free to carry on this tradition on your own blogs and write 10 things about you that others wouldn't know... if you wanna..
And comment if you do, so I can find you... (especially the lurkers, I know your there... who are you?)...
OK So 10 things about me that you wouldn't know... hmmm? As in I'm an open book... what wouldn't you know??.. This is like that horrible introduction they make you do at work conferences... Ugh, oh the pressure.....
- I could never handle pain, passed out at a paper cut once.
- Now I handle pain, who knew that child birth would do that to ya
- I make my own deoderant
- I'd only talk to my Mom as a teenager after 10pm.. (paybacks are now happening in my house and I don't even have a teenager yet)
- There was a time when I would scrape the middles out of oreo cookies and put the cookies back in the bag. Yes, that was me.
- I know almost every word to every song from the Movie Grease 2...
- My Dad got me my first record player (remember those, the vinyl kind?) It played 45's only, and my first 45 that he got me was Charlie Daniels "The Devil went down to Georgia" ......and I couldn't STAND country music. I decided when I got older I would never listen to it again... Now I listen to it all the time... How's that for random useless information?
- I took College courses before graduating High School so I could graduate from College Early, and planned to be an Electrical Engineer... Then I got married 2 weeks after graduating high school... Those other plans sort of went out the window. Slightly...
- I begged for a retainer before they would give me braces because my teeth were so bad
- I didn't plan to have any kids, ever ever never ever never ever..... yeah, we see how those plans went too.
So there you have it... the only thing anyone would have learned from this is that I don't stick to plans very well. :-)
Thanks Again Cindy, this was fun!
