The Hubby is doing an Amazing job sticking with exercise the past few months. He's walking outside or doing something inside on the equipment at least 4 days a week, but mostly 5 days.
Recently, he dropped one scoop of his morning coffee sugar In addition to all the other diet changes he's made lately.. But the coffee sugar is a HUGE step. And while going out to eat, he's getting tea or water, and stopped ordering Pop. This is also HUGE... And of course he is still meat free. I'm really really proud of this Hubby of mine.
So with all the inches lost, he is facing a dilemma. He's down to the last hole on his belt. Which means the next option is buying smaller pants or punching new holes in his belt. I'm sure he will go with option B.
Hmmm..... Now, If I could only decrease the cheese in his diet.... Oh Yeah, I have... Silly me...
Isn't it fun, when your the only person who does the shopping, you can choose what they eat while they are in the house...
