I got this amazingly easy recipe from Green And Crunchy and had to try it today...
The Fixings...
An Avocado (minus seeds and skin), a dibble of water and a tsp of Vanilla, 4 pitted dates and a TBS of Cocoa or Cacoa Powder. I go light on the chocolate because of the migraine triggers for the Vegman. But when I get some more carob powder, I'll use plenty of that.
Her recipe also invited some other yummy tasties to the dish, but I stuck with the basics for our first try.

Seriously some really good really nutritious Pudding! And Raw and Vegan and.... did I mention good...
Yes, the thought of Avocado pudding really grossed me out.. but with the other stuff added, you can't even taste it.... Really!!
Veg saw me making it, and was like "Mom, what in the world are you doing?" I told him to trust me and he did.. .And he ate EVERY LAST DIBBLE and Dabble... More more, he'd say, until it was all gone!
