Preparing for a week of Green Goodness....I know green goodness is better for our bodies when FRESH, but this working Mom needs to prep in advance when time allows... so the Fridge and Freezer are my friend...
First the Fresh... Hello Green Nutty Smoothie of Tastiest Porportions:
This one had Coconut Water, Nut Butter, Spinach, Banana, Hemp Seed, A tiny bit of Cacao and Ice
The left Over smoothie got some more Bananas added to it and re-blended. Then was poured in to Popsicle Molds.. and in to the freezer...
How Pretty are these??
They were Soo Good.... Veg even had one for Breakfast, and I didn't care...
And lastly... a big Ol' Jug of Green Juice to keep me going during the week if Smoothie Time is limited:
