Here is a lunch from last week that the Vegman made for himself... He wanted only Green and Yellow...
So you will see Grapes, Celery, Green Apples... then a Peanut Butter Sandwich and some crackers. Its nothing fancy, but we are part way through the year, and he is still making good food choices. This makes a Vegmom Happy!
