I was talking to someone the other day that said...
"There is no way you can get through the Marathon without having some kind of injury..."
And I said.. <outside of a few skin abrasions and sore toe nail, I really had no major injuries..>
"That is Impossible" they told me... "Your Shins, Knees, Hips, have to have something wrong"
This person speaking from their own experience....
I said... <NOPE... I've got Green Goodness...... No injuries here.... >
And they said... "Just wait until you try to run again... then you'll see what I'm talking about"
