Ice
So if your counting, I have consumed the following whole mostly organic fruits and Veggies in a single day:
1/4 Pineapple, 2 bananas, 1 apple, 2 Celery chunks, bag of spinach, container of blueberries and that was only liquid form!
Doesn't include the very large salad with sprouts, carrots, cabbage, romaine, mushrooms, and more. Nor does it include my fresh cold fruit snacks on a hot day..Or my yummy "creamy" avo-cucumber salad.
Someone asked me recently what I meant by eating "clean".... the list above is an example of what I consider a "clean food day".
No animal products, Very little processed, no chemicals, additives or preservatives. Nothing artificial..and mostly uncooked!!
It was a good food day... A 3 smoothie day!!(Thank you Mr. Vita-mix), A feel good day!!!
