School starts tomorrow for my Veg kid of which I can NOT believe! This summer has been so hectic that it has flown by. I'm excited to get back in to a little routine especially after my slump the past week.
Which means Food Prep Sunday's are back! I was on a mission to make our first week back to school an easy morning week, and that means having easy grab foods to make our lunches.
Today, it seemed I went a little over board... but OH MY YUM, it will be a GOOD food week!

And last but certainly not least, I tried something new... iheartwellness coconut Jar Puffy Fudge
Although I didn't have a jar, I ran out of puffy cereal and thinking I used too much vanilla... so this is what I got! *smile* Not so fudgy, but quite tasty!

Told you I went a little overboard, but its going to be worth it! Only bad thing about Food prep Sundays, is that I want to eat EVERYTHING on Sunday!!!
I shall practice restraint, at least until Monday! Just sayin!
