Brown Rice Noodles with Spinach & Broccoli are the basics. But the sauce.. Ooh the sauce, is brought to my belly via Mr. Vita-Mix!
Spicy Spaghetti Sauce, Raw Macadamia Nuts and Raw peeled Sweet Potato Chunks all blended together give it the creamy.
But add some herbs and spices to get the Ooh La La!!
And Ooh La La it was!
