Three Great Days in Pictures

Listened to live music by the beach at sunset and until the stars came out:

Enjoyed my little bit of paradise:

Represented our CrossFit Box's Red Friday before leaving and said goodbye to the ocean:

Drove home to find my roses blooming:

Picked Vegkid up from camp:

Then it was back to the track for an Endurance workout that I missed:

Do I feel selfish for taking this trip all alone?  YES....

Do I feel guilty?  ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!
